plenty of these little water cooled condensing units in homes &
businesses.

This working unit was removed by US in a small house on Indy's Meridian Street. It had a semi-hermetic compressor, belt drive blower for cooling the condenser. It used Carene 7, also known as R500 as a coolant. Shortly after, we removed one just like it, this one installed in a yard as opposed to the basement.
